Frequently Asked Questions

AllFeedback combines a visual form builder, advanced page-targeting rules, a floating display widget, session-level analytics, and automatic email notifications in a single plugin — all with no external data storage. Most WordPress feedback plugins offer one or two of these features. AllFeedback is designed to be the only feedback tool you need.

No. Every survey, response, and analytics record is stored exclusively in your WordPress database. AllFeedback does not communicate with Themegrill’s servers or any third-party service after activation. Your data never leaves your hosting environment.

AllFeedback is built with GDPR compliance in mind. It includes a consent flag in the response data model, a privacy mode that disables raw IP address capture and stores only a one-way HMAC hash, a configurable data retention policy for logs, and a full data removal option on plugin uninstall. You control exactly what data is collected and for how long it is kept.

Yes. AllFeedback’s targeting engine lets you display surveys on all pages, specific post types (pages, posts, custom post types), or individual post/page IDs. You can also add exclusion rules to prevent a survey from appearing on specific pages even if a broader rule would match. When multiple rules conflict, the most recently published survey takes priority.

Yes. AllFeedback includes a native Gutenberg block (AllFeedback Survey) that lets you embed any published survey directly into post or page content using the block editor. The embedded survey renders inline using the same styling as the floating widget.
