Frequently asked questions.
Everything you need to know about AllFeedback — pricing, data, features, and compatibility.
It’s free. Always.
Is AllFeedback really free?
Yes — completely. AllFeedback ships all 8 features in the free plugin with no usage limits, no feature gates, and no paid upgrade required. One price: free.
Is there a Pro version that gates features?
No paid version is planned. Every feature listed on this site is in the free plugin. We believe feedback tooling shouldn’t carry a monthly invoice.
Is AllFeedback GPL-licensed?
Yes. AllFeedback is distributed under GPL-2.0, making it fully compatible with WordPress and safe to use on client sites, staging environments, and commercial projects.
Your data stays on your server.
Where is response data stored?

IP anonymization can be configured in Settings → Advanced. Consent banners are also available in Advanced settings to help with GDPR compliance.
Is AllFeedback GDPR-compliant?
AllFeedback stores all data on your own server with no third-party transfer. You control IP anonymization and consent banner settings under Settings → Advanced. Final compliance responsibility rests with your site configuration.
What’s included.
How is NPS calculated?
NPS is calculated automatically on each response. Scores of 9–10 are Promoters, 7–8 are Passives, and 0–6 are Detractors. The final score is % Promoters minus % Detractors. AllFeedback shows the split and trend over time in the analytics dashboard.
What question types are available?
AllFeedback includes 7+ question types: short text, multiple choice, rating scale, NPS scale (0–10), and more. You can combine multiple question types in a single survey using the drag-and-drop builder.
What’s the difference between NPS, CES, and CSAT?
NPS (Net Promoter Score) measures long-term loyalty — how likely someone is to recommend you. CES (Customer Effort Score) measures ease of interaction. CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) measures satisfaction at a specific touchpoint. NPS is live now; CES and CSAT are coming soon.
Is there a limit on responses or active surveys?
No limits. You can run as many active surveys as you need and collect unlimited responses. AllFeedback imposes no caps — the only limit is your server’s storage.
Works on any WordPress site.
Does AllFeedback work with any WordPress theme?
Yes. AllFeedback works on any WordPress theme. No API keys, no external configuration, and no theme modifications are required.
Does it work with WooCommerce and Elementor?
