FAQs

Common questions.

Is NPS included in the free plugin?
Yes. The NPS question type and automatic score calculation are both included in the free version of AllFeedback with no limits or paid upgrade required.
How is NPS calculated?
NPS = % Promoters (scores 9–10) minus % Detractors (scores 0–6). Passives (7–8) are excluded from the calculation. AllFeedback applies this formula automatically on every new response.
Can I track my NPS score over time?
Yes. The responses dashboard shows all submissions with their scores and timestamps. You can review how scores shift over days, weeks, or months as more responses come in.
What’s the difference between NPS, CES, and CSAT?
NPS measures loyalty and likelihood to recommend. CSAT measures satisfaction with a specific interaction. CES measures how much effort a customer had to exert. AllFeedback supports all three via its question library.
Is my NPS data stored on my server?
Yes. All response data including NPS scores is stored in your WordPress database. No data is sent to Anthropic, ThemeGrill, or any external service.
